Crashing in start zone

Hello, I downloaded the full game all day yesterday and tried playing today. Unfortunately I cannot go beyond the first NPC quest-giver on the Order side. The game crashes when I approach the second NPC, or walk past him. I don't know what's causing this, I do not get an error or a log to post. All I know is that the audio gets weird and if I continue in that direction the game stops working and crashes. I had my settings at Fastest Framerate preset, but that didn't help. Nor did changing the graphics on my own to disable anything that can be disabled and selected the lowest quality for everything possible. Please, if anyone could help I would be very grateful.

hi i am having the same problem i have tried replacing the audio file as above but am still having the same issue
