Unfairly Wiped Gear

Yesterday i did my BE & BB dungeon runs and managed to get 5/7 on first run without killing centaur boss and joined another run for centaur boss to get shoulder so basicly reached 6/7 on 1 kill at each boss , but today i found out half of my gear wiped because some people were spamming these dungeons countless times , devs & GMs can take a look at my lockout , drop even chat logs character name : Naga .

prob is you took part in it without realizing it, once in a grp and once killed 1 boss, thats ur instance, u cant pick and choose whats bosses you fight, u shouldnt of been able to join a new grp period because of ur previous instance, so they wiped ya clean

You didnt get what he meant , it's totaly legit leave the group and join another one, the new group istance tought should be (by system default) the one any group memeber havr with more lockouts.

If in the second group he joines only for the boss (which he didn't had lock out for ) as said that's totaly legit for the future.

Thats said loose all hope man cuz non refund

Hello it’s not possible to join another instance when you kill all boss but one . So if you were able to join the centigor on another instance it mean your lockout has been bugged / abused

To be clear the lockout is on your instance not on boss . If you start an instance and kill Barrakus , then leave and join another instance to kill korthuk it’s not possible , cause your previous instance will be locked , preventing you to do this dungeon on a new party .

ok i though , i explained clearly but repeating , 5 of my loots is from one and only instance ,first ever BE & BB run, only shoulder from another instance which still was my first centaur kill so in worst scenario i fairly well deserve to keep 5 of my drops. idk how can i explain it in other words.

No need to explain further. Say thanks to the people who didn't have enough good manners to not abuse system that was clearly not working. Also, if it was so easy to run during first day I'm sure you can have fun running this once again .

Ok maybe I didn’t explained it properly
If you joined your first BE instance and leave centaur alive , then you could not be able to join another instance to kill the centaur . Lockout of this centaur was on your first instance , and any new instance even if you didn’t had lockout for this boss would have been locked
