Regarding the change to toughness, how much toughness does 75% equal out to be? For example does 75%= 1050 toughness or does it just take 25% off any amount of toughness you have.

Also as a BG with around 1200 toughness I don’t ever get hit for 1s unless it is another turtle SnB tank. The issues seem to stem from somewhere else imo. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and for continuely working on the game we all love.

Natherul explained it already. If damage would be mitigated for more than 75%, the mitigation is capped at 75%. Then comes armour and resists mitigation etc. Your toughness is not reduced by any amount.

May i ask what the thinking is behind this, is it a consequence of changing the toughness formula from how it was on live ? maybe just change it back to how it was initially and correctly done on ROR mirroring live because even blackguards with 1400+toughness never took 1 damage on live so clearly something (after you changed the toughness formula) has gone wrong.
Toughness was the worst stat on live servers. It did only one thing were every other stat except Wounds, had a secondary function, and if you had more dps bonus reduction then attackers attack bonus reduction the remaining stat points did nothing. And even with monsterous amount of dps reduction from toughness instant skills like WoP/BB would still crit you for almoast full vallue. The only time it was usefull was to negate a long cast skill like Doombolt or Fireball, which hare so rarly cast due to immobillity of long cast. When AoE's aswell changed to only have 50% benefit from attack bonuses means toughness got even worse. It had to be changed to do something better.

However, my thoughts was always adding a secondary effect to it rather then boosting it's damage reduction and that function would be crowd controll time reduction.

Let me explain what the dev tell
he means if the attacker do 1000 dmg to u
ur toughness can only mit 750 dmg
so 250 dmg is the lowest value
after that pass through armor / resistance mit and this is another 75% cap???

realy sorry but

- Divine Warden and Blood Guard will now convey their self buff on the player even if the attack is defended.

in the same way that you up the Wp and the DK it would be normal to up the Bg and the IB. when we are def with 200 in strong all of our buffs are very difficult to pass because they need hit the target.
if you made it for these two classes of heal I have no doubt that you will do it for both tanks.because it's their main mechanics

try play a bg ??? 45% buff toughness and u will know what a turtle is

Are the servers up again? For some resaon my launcher says everything is fine but once i hit login it says servers are offline O.o

Edit: Strange, works now. About 1 minute later...
