Grace/Sacrifice needed help. It got it. Fortunately, class balance isn't zero-sum. Grace/Sacrifice getting QoL buffs doesn't diminish the efficacy of Ironbreakers. This. All new tank sets are not even compared to conq and domi. Why do we need them??

Don't know about you, but I find oppressor and sentinel quite nice. Vanq not so much compared to conq. If you get a set in pve, why would it mean it's a pve only set? You get conq in pvp, does it mean you shouldn't be able to use it in pve? If you don't want to do pve, you won't get the set, same as redeye. Sentinel is for 2h offensive tanks mostly. The 5th bonus proc together with subjugator 2h proc can be a deadly combination.

- Toughness mitigation will now be capped at 75% damage. If this was not the case then someone could easily be almost immune to damage with just stacking one stat. Remember that Resistances or Armor is also applied after the toughness.
