[sorcerer] inexperienced sorc wondering about build

I want to use this for PVE leveling, I know to use AOE for RVR.
Can anyone offer me some feedback on this idea?

You shouldn't solo pve level, especially on a sorc. If you really want to do it, go higher mid tree and get the selfheal dot.
If anything you should try to find a healer and a tank and then aoe grind.
Dying is no option.

I used it in scens lastnight.
I was able to knock some folks down pretty good and still had AOE when needed.
