I would caution against having ads + IP from Games Workshop. Curse's ww.wardb.com was sued and shutdown by Games Workshop over having ads and profiting from their IP (They had ads + official warhammer artwork). GW is very aggressive in defending their IP (They must defend their IP every time or it can be used against them in future cases)

GW only goes on offensive when profit is made from their IP. You can have ads, but maybe replace official WAR artwork with fan art.
