DE Ch 5, speak with Hartha, take quest "A Lord's Game"
Speak with Dreadblight Sorceress

STEP 2
Kill 4 Nagarythe Lamenters
Speak with Dreadblight Sorceress

STEP 3
Proceed to North and click on Nagarythe Urn
Return to camp and speak with Hartha

STEP 4
Deliver the urn to the DE Ch 6 camp
Speak with Deshira the Collector

STEP 5
Go to south and kill Chronicler Devion, 8 Nagarythe Lamenters and 5 Nagarythe Nomads
Return to Deshira

STEP 6
Speak with Dread Lady Lunira just right there

STEP 7
Kill Elder Kadrias, Elder Meresene and Elder Radakon
Return to Dread Lady Lunira

STEP 8
Go to DE Ch 7 camp
Speak with Sinar Kamost

STEP 9
Direct 5 Dreadblight Channelers (just find one and click at her 5 times)
Return to Sinar Kamost

STEP 10
Go to south and find Relic Cache
Return to Sinar Kamost

STEP 11
Kill 4 Gloombow Runners and 4 Gloombow Spotters
Return to Sinar Kamost

STEP 12
Go to The Griffon gate PQ area and kill 10 Griffon Guards and 10 Griffon Defenders
Then go to DE Ch 8 camp and speak with Dread Lady Lunira

STEP 13
Speak with Lordling Barakus (inside a tent)

STEP 14
Go to south and kill 8 Narialle Reavers
Return to Lordling Barakus

STEP 15
Speak with Cendrys (near Dread Lady)
Speak with Lordling Barakus
Speak with Cendrys
Speak with Lordling Barakus

STEP 16
Kill 16 Berhessa Reavers
Return to Lordling Barakus

STEP 17
Go to east and find a War Trumpet (on the rock at 20,6k-13k), then use it.
Harbinger Evirel would spawn, kill her and loot a head from her.
Return to Lordling Barakus

STEP 18
Go deep on south and find Sharpened Pike (at 4,7k-47,2k), then use it
Speak with Lord Kohrith Bloodbane

STEP 19
Go to south (Tor Elyr PQ) and kill 8 Ellyrian Archers and 3 Ellyrian Commanders (champions). Commanders would spawn at the 2nd stage of PQ!
Return to Lord Kohrith Bloodbane

STEP 20
Go to Whitefire Tor PQ and kill 8 Arkaneth Chillknights and Arkaneth Black Noble (champion)
Return to Lord Kohrith Bloodbane

Quest completed

You find Guards and Defenders at the massive High Elves gate between Shadowlands and Ellyrion. But you have to look closely to find 2 Guards (or Defenders can't recall which it was) but both NPC types are there, afterwards you move through the gate into the next zone to the next quest-hub where you continue with your epic quest in Ellyrion.

I have no idea where to post it, but this quest is stupidly hard.
Is this the only T2 epic quest, that requires a second stage of the hard PQ (at Step 19)?
To do that you need to kill 100 monsters. When you are coming there, it's usually 10-20 from 100 needed, so all of this kills would be on you only - this is unwilling exp.
Then, you have only a small time-gap to kill 3 champions of the 20 lvl, that is nearly impossible task for classes without self heal (like SH) at lvl 18-20. Before I did it at Mara, it wasn't too hard.
At SH this is crazy impossible, cos monster absolutely ignoring my tank-squig, and attacking me for ~500 damage per shot (I have only 3k HP there).
Probably, Ellyrian Commanders must be changed to Ellyrian Defenders - there is a lot at 1st stage of PQ and this is usual monsters.

Where are the Elders for this quest? I can only find Elder Meresene.
