What mechanic usage you see on that scoreboard?
I see dps AM who completely ignore the mechanic and at best use a hot on themselves, not even on teammates. Most likely because the opposition had such a bad setup, that heals were not needed.

The mechanic change didn't hurt dps AMs... It hurt the ability to lifetap effectively as a heal specced AM.

same for shamans, dont have burst heal anymore, jut hots

It hurt dps AM too, just not for offense. Their healing on friendly players, when spending mechanic points, got cut in half.
