Runepriest Healing Builds for SC/RvR

Hello! I have tried to look through the forums to find healing builds for SC/RvR, but as of late, I only see Runi ST/AoE DPS builds. Is this how the class is supposed to be played? Can anyone help me out, and link some healing builds?

You're very kind, and thank you! Is there a AoE heal build, or was that only for dps? Also, what does WB mean?

The Runepriest chapter was written by minipuce who is one of the top RPs on the server. If not the best.
