boys if on you screen doesnt apear character pannel then download elvens data myp and replace it with yours and it works fine idk what is diferent but it works for me

Make sure his drivers, Directx, and .net packages are up to date.


A long shot:

How to manually rebuild performance counters:

1. Go to start, and type in the search box "cmd". Right click cmd, and run as administrator.

2. Type in the command console, "cd c:\windows\system32", and hit enter.

3. Then type "lodctr /r", and hit enter.

3. It will take a few seconds to perform the command.

Performance counters should be rebuilt. Try loading the game, again.

Hi, i am new to the RoR servers, and after originally suffering from the issue within this post, i tried the above solution.

It was successful, however ever since making the changes within CMD to rebuild the performance counters, every other program i run on this machine seems to suffer from an input delay, whether it be mouse, keyboard, or voice such as mic or speakers.... i am by no means a techno know how wizz kid, far from it, and stupidly made these changes without really knowing what they do.... how do i reverse the changes i made to restore this to my machines previous setting?

It shouldn't affect any other applications performance. This sounds unrelated.

However:

If you've got a system restore point, type "system restore" in the start menu. You can restore to a previous point where you know things were working fine.

Tried getting the game again? If you downloaded the parts and still got them, re-extract the game.

Is your launcher in the same folder like the WAR.exe and not in a special folder?

Run launcher as Administrator, make sure the FOLDER (not the launcher!!!) isn't set to "read only".

This can be done by right clicking the game folder > properties > uncheck "Read Only" > OK.
