I understand the mechanics of the witch. Many skills are not covered by crit. For them, only high speed helps. Especially for witchbrew.

You decide to reduce your overall dps for almost no gain, ok!

That's not going to be easy but may be something like the following could be playable at rr70+

Harbinger is lvl 39. Lvl 40 and higher (SC weapon) have standard 2,4 speed. On AoR all WE daggers above lvl had standard speed 2,4 iirc. Maybe some unique one... Big maybe.

Ah yes, you are right. I am not sure if it was just a rumour but some said that new weapons are coming. If so,
will they still follow that speed pattern?

T4 Dwarf/Greenskin Influence Dagger is the only "fast" Dagger ive seen that's actually quite competitive, higher attack speed means your kisses proc more often and in some cases more important earlier.


M-power is quite strong in the current meta
and you can substitude it for 1 strength in terms of damage(not parry shred).

I use this dagger on my mainhand all the time in scenarios when i have Dok or Sorc grp members.

As for Witchbrew Procs, i tried to "skip" the proc and find out its icd, it must be below 0,9 sec.
I tried it with 80% AA haste from gear and MoM. (Not saying that this is viable though)
The Mahakira is imo BiS if you go for an attackspeed build that wants to burn through WB stacks as fast as possible.

Witchbrew has a 1 second ICD, if i remember correctly...not sure this does anything.

It's an internal cooldown of the skill. It is hardcoded to only proc only once every second.

I thought they removed or at least significantly lowered the ICD in a past patch.
If it truly is on 1s/WB-tic ICD then it's even less appealing to me.

witchbrew icd is 0.5sec, fast weaps are interesting for trigger more often kiss and faster witchbrew
