For you and to cloud1320 just unblock the files War.exe and data.myp and MYPHandler and make them run as admin and your problem is solved ohhh i forgot to tell you guys remove the check on "read only" too...on this files of course

Is your launcher in the same folder like the WAR.exe and not in a special folder?

Run launcher as Administrator, make sure the folder isn't set to "read only".

This can be done by right clicking the game folder > properties > uncheck "Read Only" > OK.
