Choosing Guild Heraldry

I am the guild leader. The guild has a heraldry. I want to change it. When I click on the rewards button and go through the process of setting out the new heraldry, at the very end I get a message the new change will cost 0 1717. I'm not sure if that means it costs 0, or 1717 or is simply some odd placeholder. When I click save, nothing happens the heraldry remains unchanged. Any help?

i think you need to have that gold with you when you crate it. its not from guild bank
