game crashing non stop

My game was crashing every 10 minutes, more frequently during forts. I have a new high end rig, so it was not hardware. Someone suggested to check on the 64 bit exe (set in the gear icon in the launcher). I had forgotten to change it. When I reset to 64 bit, I haven't crashed in 3 days.

Has the old audio file issue been fixed by access to the client updater?

This sounds exactly like the problems I had before I replaced this file.

I just got a friend to download RoR and he was crashing every 5 seconds or so on a fresh install. Audio fix repaired the issue, with no further crashes.

I tried the audio fix.No success.I will try redownload the entire torrent but thats really frustrating
