Cloned RoR folder not working on other Pc

Hey,
I just copied everything in my WAR folder yesterday to my flashdisk. I was hoping for light gaming (pve and mailbox guarding) with hotel wifi and work laptop.
However, Launcher checks the files and tries to redownload them all. The files are not read only. I cannot move it to the internal SSD as it does not have enough space.
I remember it worked fine for once on external hdd. it was too slow but it was working. What am I missing ?

Seems like the launcher isn't looking at your flashdrive for its files. Might not be possible to run the game that way.

Hmmm, you say, if you copied files from D:/ror/, launcher is looking same location for downloaded files !
All I need to know now, where is that path written

I connected to my PC at home. now everything is same but it still tries to download :\ I need to know where the patcher is checking...
