Beastlord npс no activity

Good afternoon, please help! I can't take quests at Bistlord. Next npc do not give the quests, they are not active.
1. Wotgrok da Weird KV 21 chapter
2. Gitilla da Hunter BC 16 chapter
3. Krelith Ebonhide DW 19 chapter

Those are all old quest givers and therefore outdated. Visit ROR wiki and you will find all current npc.
Dying is no option.
