Scattered groups of Order individuals are tearing apart by organized metal force of big greenskins orcs and black chaos knights, wearing shields and bloody weapons. They move like one organism. Poor trampled bodies lying on the ground around walls of Dragonwake keep. What an ordinary soldier can do against such a brutal smart and tactical chaos army, with flags, standarts, marks of fear: Pain and Pleasure, TUP, RNM,... more?
No one can expect victory, nor easy fights.
Salute in respect to the enemy.
We need you, real leaders! Where have you been Karast, Cature, Hugues, Erihorn and others? We miss you

Related to this topic. is there any possibility to get all the leaders in same channel only to discuss in real time tactics and strategies? if one leader is typing in /1, /2 or /4 (let's say) the message is easily overridden by others typing in the same time there and the information is lost.

What i am saying is that WB leaders MUST SPEAK to each-other constantly and in in-game chat is not always possible.

Communication is the key in such conditions.

Lol. I have been order since this server started. Was mainly destro on live.

Order are complete garbage, especially NA order. Im not hating on order, Im playing order because they are the underdog.
I love how order tanks play(mostly every kotb with a shield), spam shield wall backup, backup, backup.
Order loves to sit on keep walls and barricade themself in doorways. They love to beat on every tank with a shield they can find and then run away!

There are some good order, EU order are typically better atleast in RvR. I wont even start talking about scs..
But for the most part its a nightmare and if you try and suggest how to actually play you are criticized and they all love each other and think theyre great!

Order cant flank, they dont push, they would rather live/run away than fight and die. Most of this is because of horrible leaders, that everyone sees as gods for some unknown reason.
They have no tactical sense, stragglers are destroyed while wb leaders just run off(actually avoiding the fight).

Things are not so dark. There are some talented and patient leaders too, whose can do with decent people wonders. But this was not the case yesterday, lol

cature? Erihorn? Pretty sure these are fail order zerg leaders.

Complaining about lack of leadership is tantamount to wishing you had money while sitting at home doing nothing.

NA Order has it's challenges, for sure, but I chalk that up to a few known issues;
1. Lower Population means you get what you get in a warband. There are seldom few Warband leaders in NA Prime that can pick and choose players and classes to fill their warband with solid group comps. I played a few days during EU prime and the number of closed warbands in /5 looking for a particular class/spec was astounding. NA Prime has a limited number of players and they all seem to be very independent and play what class and spec they want.

2. Group synergy on Order in a 6-man grouping can be quite good and very lethal when set up correctly with the correct specs/classes; however, without careful 6-man builds and tactics around those builds, your results are going to see diminished returns on an epic decline. Destruction, on the other hand, leans less on perfect group comp and synergy needs because most (if not all) of their classes are plug-and-play in nearly and spec within a 6-man or Warband. Sure there are PuG Destru warbands with groups of 4 dps and 2 tanks - not optimal - but on the whole, Destru is less concerned with spec and only needs to fill the role. Order, on the other hand, is more closely interwoven and dependent upon the group mates to be complimentary to your class/spec. In comparison, Destru is an AK47. Fires when dirty, clean and everything in between while Order is an M4 - needs to be well oiled and clean in order to function properly.

3. Zaxxed. The Guild Zaxxed has taken the "Play What You Want and we will Make It Work" approach to Order 6-man SC groups as well as their Alliance Warbands. The members of Zaxxed are more successful with their Sub-Optimal Group Comps and Sub-Optimal Warband Comps than any Zerg PuG WB and most of the organized 6-man/12-man Destru Try-Hard guilds around. NA Prime players see this success and feel that they can also emulate the success of Zaxxed and their Alliance guilds, but lack the sheer force of will, tactics, and skill to pull it off (see #2 above). This leaves players like the OP dead and winging on the forums about how NA Order are bad. News flash OP - You're NA Order.
