It might make sense to break this down into activities so most needed for SC's, RvR, etc...

Be objective, be subjective.

What class is the one that reads what the warband leaders are saying in the region/T4 chat? The one that listens to the discord voicechat. We need more of that class.

We need heals and guard. Cause Healer and Tanks we have a lot.

It's easy answer: Tanks and healers are most needed :-)

Order needs Slayers and tanks for ORvR to form melee pushes. In any coordinated group, BW is always good.

And of course healer build healers are always needed and welcomed.

Just no more Solo RDPS for the love of Sigmar, no more!
