[DoK] Empowered Transfer question

So, the tactic says it increases healing from life taps by 25%.
Which of my skills count as life taps?

Transfer Essence
Consume Essence
Devour Essence
Rend Soul

Tactic is to make Transfer essence work. Not worth running if you run as dps, good for melee healer.
