[Magus] Did not get my skills/passives from the Path of Change tree

As the topic name says, I put 5 mastery points in the Path of Change and did not get either the passive (Endless Pandemonium) or the skill (Seed of Chaos). Both these are just red in the mastery screen and they dont appear anywhere when i press V.

What am I missing here?

did you purchase skill/tactic ? just leveling tree is not enough, you have to spend points o nskill too

On an unrelated note so I dont open a new thread, can anyone clarify how tactics work?

Am I only limited to 1 career tactics active at any time or does that cap get bigger as time goes? Since I see that the career builder allows for selecting multiple tactics. I have so many career tactics on my Magus, cant decide on one. Also how do you gain access to the renown tactics and the tome tactics (third tactics slot)?

You gain one tactic slot every 10rank to a maximum of 4 slot at rank 40

Forget Tome/renown tactic, they are not implemented in game. Renown point can be spent at renown trainer to buy soma passive bonus or ability
