Rampage Question

What abilities negate it? I am just wondering because I popped it and was getting blocked / parried a few times.

It could've been shattered by anyone with "Shatter Enchantment" I think.

It was still up which is why im asking. I can see when its up on the middle of my screen.

I am not sure if rampage ignore avoidance bonuses from morale. By the logic it should, but I am not 100% it does.

Cuz only the dmg part was blocked, not the buff part. It was changed to work this way some time ago. It still can be shattered tho.

Before the change, when your Rampage skill got blocked or parried, both parts got negated (dmg+utility aka 100% strikethru). Now your buff still pops no matter what.

but rampage doesnt do dmg or get blocked because its a self buff. It gives a buff for 20 seconds that is supposed to give you 100% strikethrough on all attacks.

I'm only asking because my attacks after when it was up were getting blocked / parry.

Just tested against all def morale on dev, rampage bypass 100% parry and block.
