Sporadic disconnetions from the server

Hi ,

please help to solve this issue.

During a day (time zone GMT+1) i have sporadic disconnections from the server, cca 14-18 times within 4-5 hours of playtime.

Windows 7 64 bit, 64 bit client. Everything is updated, drivers, windows, etc, and NOt even one addon installed !!!

When i started to play a year ago, i had VinyUI package installed and didnt have any DC. This issue started cca 2-3 weeks ago, and i do not need to be in heavy battle situation, the DC is really random. I did not recognize any problem with my net connection, everything seems to work as intended.

Is there a way to check what is the problem ?
