Character log in

I have a Blackguard level 40 that when I try to log in I get booted back to the start up server. I have had GM's in the game try an assist but nothing has worked. I have also tried typing /stuck twice during the log-in process. For some reason the character is showing he is in Norsca. The character's name is rrogsguard and I would love to be able to play it again.
