Dwarf influ and PQ and coupleother things

hey dear Devs,

ive noticed a couple of things most annoying is the dwarf chapter 3 and 4 PQ aint working nor can u get any influ from them. the influ reward chapter 3 in norsca last reward for choppa is also bugged the picture is missing and the weapon i very bugged.
also the high lv lairs the lv 40 hero's arent giving unlocks. they do drop the according lv 36 gears like weapons and armors but only after 2-3 kills.
the horn in nordland on the tree 56k 50k is also for higher lv lair bosses the horns are an unlock to enter the lair so the bosses will spawn there 8 horns btw.

They are aware of influence not being fully functional atm. Then theres absolutely no reason to implement Lair mechanics atm, since there's more important stuff. And wth are you talking about lvl 36/40 stuff?
