The tactics barely have any use so they could be reworked to help the range AOE potential of both classes.

Keen Arrows
- New effect: All skills of Path of The Skirmisher have a 25% chance to apply Broadhead Arrow.

Da Waaagh Iz Strong
- New effect: All skills of Path of Quick Shootin have a 25% chance to apply Yer Bleedin'!

This change should fit main theme of the trees (sustain dps) and also support AOE potential because currently the range builds of these classes are lackluster in ORvR fights and Forts.
