[ORVR]
- Rewrote the entire way we handle unlocking zones on the server in preparation for upcoming content releases.
* Only one pairing at a time is open.
* When a pairing is completed past a fort, a new pairing will open.
* The campaign is 'won' when 2 out of 3 fortress zones are captured in favor of a realm, and ALL zones will reset to T2 upon the campaign being won.
So you encourage heavy zerging which you try to prevent in the past, making it impossible to play on some zones or to some ppl to have fun while not being ***** from all sides...
Just splendid.
Awesome display how "fun" it is on Praag... Specially with unkillable oil that practically makes siege impossible.
SM 82 / IB 82 / KOTBS 82 / WL 82 / WP 72 / SW 75
CH 77 / BG 6X / BO 6X / WE 6X / MAG 6X ...and others.

Spoiler:
Maybe it will suck at start but if we can get lag free zerg fights who cares about two weeks mega zerg agian?
Sure i agree, their should be some adjustments made for rvr atm, but that is proposal stuff.

The Zerg reigns supreme.
Not a fan of only one pairing being open at a time. One thing that made WAR so great was the freedom to RVR in any unlocked RVR zone. If one faction was zerging in Dwarf and was nigh unstoppable, you could take a small party to another zone and actually make some progression in the zone and find some small scale skirmishes where it's not 20:1 every battle when your realm is underdog.
I'd really like to see Tier 2 and Tier 3 zones having more relevance in the overall campaign. Since T2 and T3 are, for all intents and purposes, now Tier 4, these "T4" areas should be put to more use. The T2 and T3(Tier 4 RVR) areas would act as a nice "change of pace" and would be a welcome change of scenery from the same ole, same ole T4 zones. It would be nice if there could be a way to open a T2 or T3 zone in addition to T4 zones at any given time.
Limiting all RVR, post Tier 1, to one zone is really unbelievable and I think it will make zerging much worse IMO.

Basically, but people can't read and just want to complain to no end. Let the devs figure it out, give the changes a bit of time and then give your 2 cents. Also remember this is a completely free game, I see more updates roll out here than I do in a game I PAY for called Archeage...

Re: Patch notes 22/06/2019
just to reitterate whats been said. The one pairing only is something temporary while we gather data. The old system that opened more zones based on pop had to go regardess when citys come.
We will work on trying to get the new system fully in as soon as we can once we have the data we wanted from this test.

Thanks for the clarification.
But if the "one pairing" is only temporary and the old system with multi pairing had to go... what is the final vision for ORvR?
