+8 ballistic isn't going to change the situation a lot.

The situation being we don't really know if his SW is actually OP or not. Everyday I see a bunch of SWs who could perform equal or better if they had a dedicated (and efficient) pocket healer at all times. I guess Having to worry about survival makes other SWs have to save more of their precious sc time playing hide-and-seek or running to the back lines and consequently less time for actually putting up big numbers. we might never know if Adell's Sw is actually an outstanding one. he can't be too bad, either, truth be told
