banner of guild don t work

hi
1 me and my friend have guild lvl 17 for my friend and 14 for me but can t use banner.

verified permission etc.. but can t summon the banner.

2 And we can try make alliance dont work too.

any help plz

You must first enter Standard Bearer in the guild settings.
Oh sorry, you've already done that, my mistake. I have tomatoes on my eyes today :-)

Deploying standards is bugged atm. In most cases the first standard gets available after unlocking the second.

Here's the ticket, if you might have any new infos please add them.

The problem is known for a while now, but sadly couldn't be fixed so far.
