(SW) I'm confused about sw's shadow step talent...

Is it have cast time or not? Like in this site wiki it have 2s cast time, in career builder dont... Who tells the truth, and what real, ingame numbers of this spell (cd\range\cast\buffs)?

Instant cast // 20s cd // 65ft range // applies a +50% buff to parry/dodge/disrupt for 10s after use
