Kicked to desktop no errors show up

I have seen it similar too but, I am not sure if this is the case, only when my characters are lvl 15+ and exploring domains; anything lower doesn't seem to have an issue. Maybe there's a relationship there?

Same here, problems started about 2 weeks ago. Already did a clean Win10 install and new game install but didn't help at all :-/

Game crashes when:

- I fly to different zone
- Use IC scroll, Gunbad, Bastion Stairs and Guildhall scrolls
- and since 2 days ago I crash to desktop when I click Respawn

In Windowsevent viewer I can see Distributed Com 10016 error

But even the workaround offered by Microsoft doesn't fix it.

CLSID errors are stupidly common in Windows10 and have nothing to do with ROR, we don't use that kind of stuff for the game anyway.

I know, the errors are referring to other issues and not to the game. But it seems something in Win10 or another program running in the background is causing the crashes. Each time the game crashes, there is an Eventlog with a CLSID error.

I also have this problem... My level 1 Dwarf is in the starting area... I log in and then it immediately shoots me to the desktop and the RoR loader. No errors show.

Nope... didn't fix it.

ANy other fixes? I have also made sure it is loading in 64-bit (saw that one in another post), but that is also not fixing the problem. I stay in about 15 to 30s and am kicked to the desktop. Some have said it is a possible sound file that can be deleted, but I am not sure exactly where the game installed...
