Same problem here. Initially the Web Server is green, and Login Server is yellow for about 8 seconds before turning red and I get the An Error Occured pop-up.
Chasing the golden carrot that is my alts.

Login server down again prior to crashing i did notice people had vanished even the oil drum on the keep was invisible though i could shoot with my sw and it was taking mighty wierd.

Yellow login server, then it goes red with copy to clipboard issues...nooo...I need my daily fix of Warhammer...
