Your basic cookie cutter single target build for renown rank 70 Mara. Swap heal debuff for something else like Brute Force if you think your group has it covered. If you are a low in renown leave Mutated Aggressor and Draining Swipe for later. This is mainly for group play imo.

something like that. when you will have + 1 skill poin just take guillotine (or dont take Crushing Blows)

for moral drain in WB just use Crushing Blows and more tanky tactics.

Use Savagery rotation and switch to Monstro on 20%hp to finish them with guilotine.
