Unfortunately, this doesn't work either. I get the same error. The thing that happens is that the folder still has read-only, but the files within don't have it so files such as data.mvp or WAR or RoRLauncher don't have read-only. It's just the folder itself, if you understand what I'm saying. That one keeps reverting.noisestorm wrote:Hm.. you said it keeps getting reverted to Read-Only. Is that still the case? 2 things to test:
Try disabling the User Access Control in the windows security somewhere.
Or use cmd ->" net user administrator /active:yes " without the "" and try disabling the write protection through the admin account.
Maybe you can also check the folders properties or better say the rigts to the folder. Rightclick -> Properties -> Security -> Then check the list down there for your currently logged in User and see if he has complete access to all file writings
I'm in no rush to get it working.
