Bolster issues T2+

Hello everyone,

Bolster for all levels in the range of 16-39 seems to be wrong. I've tested multiple characters below 30 to see to which level they are being bolstered, where you were previously being bolstered to level 48 it is now 38. I also tested a level 31 Ironbreaker and he was being bolstered to 37 instead of 40.

Damage output and defensives have taken a dramatic hit thanks to this. Where I previously could stand a change against opponents of level 40 I now have to hope that they're just AFK to get a kill.

I cannot find if this was intended in the patch notes nor do I get many replies in advice chat regarding this issue.

Anyone else here finding themselves with this bolster issue?

I have this issue also. My level 17+ characters hit for nothing even bolstered. My Marauder hits for single digits on even clothies without guard or armor pots. I also seem to get hit for 500-1500 constantly just on autoattacks. I leveled a Choppa recently to 40/55 through nothing but pugging and it was nothing like this a few months ago.
