Max camera distance and Camera distance lock

is there a way to make camera zoom out even further than max distance? and also is there a way to block camera distance? so you can not zoom in and out with the mouse scroll wheel

im looking for a way to zoom out the camera further than max distance, find some posts asking for the same QoL... Now since the devs have client control this could be done??

Necroing this old thread but this is still very much a desirable. The standard camera zoom settings are horrible and I do recall that there was a /script cmd that you could use in live that could alter the max camera distance with ease.

Perhaps this can be looked at by the devs to see if we can renable this so people can choose what is perfect for their gaming styles?
