cant logg in

Hey, im trying to logg in to the game. but it just says wrong username/password. but i can logg on to the site? why?

Change your account to a new simple password. Letters and numbers, no special characters, 6-16chars long.

Even if you met those requirements before, change it anyway. Sometimes the launcher just needs a fresh push.
