Low Tier rvr?

So is it normal to have lvl 40s in Tier 1 rvr.....getting sick and tired of getting steamrolled.....

No this is because of the debolster event which wont be active tommorow. Things will revert to nomal on monday.

Oh thank god.....idk why they thought this was a good idea.....sure they make the numbers the same as tier one.....but they still have all their abilities and talents lol.....where as lvl 15s have maybe half lol?
