Is it possible to get different mounts in RoR? I hate the cold ones as a D/E and would love to be able to ride something else.

You mean like riding mounts of other factions? Not possible here. The only non-faction mounts are the event mounts and manticore/ imperial grypphon mounts (awarded to those who have contributed to the server, like bug reports).
