Need help with graphics problem!

Hello! Thanks for visiting this post. I need help with some serious issue for me: my graphics settings keep reverting to recomended (fastest framerate in my case) every time i enter the game. I reinstalled the game, unchecked read only on folder and unblocked RoR Launcher but the problem was still the same. Please help!!! I want to play so badly but a low draw distance is killing me!
