[Engineer] electromagnet priority?

Hello

I had a question if anyone knows what occurs if two (or more) engineers run up to a zerg and use electromagnet together?

Does the first one pull the closest 6, then the second one tries to pull the same 6 (which are immune to pull thus pointless) or does the electromagnet prioritize people who are not immune? or does it prioritize just the closest 6 players? or how does this hypothetical scenario work?
