Please add a career trainer near the practice area in IC

The practice area with the targets in the IC is all the way to the south of the city. Slightly further south is a renown trainer but no matching career trainer, meaning if you want to try different things that involve respeccing then you need to keep running back and forth across the city to the trainers at the Monolith (if there's a nearer one please let me know!).

Please could a career trainer be added next to the renown trainer so we can stay within the same area when trying out different specs.

Bump. The lack of trainers in the combat testing area continues to make testing on the live server and PTS a chore.
