No Character Selection / Creation Screen, Error after LOG-IN

Hi guys I get this problem after loggin in:

Data.myp:
System.Management.ManagementException: Clase no válida
en System.Management.ManagementException.ThrowWithExtendedInfo(ManagementStatus errorCode)
en System.Management.ManagementObjectCollection.ManagementObjectEnumerator.MoveNext()
en MYPHandler.MYPHandler..ctor(String filename, del_FileTableEventHandler eventHandler_FileTable, del_FileEventHandler eventHandler_Extraction, HashDictionary hashDic)
en RoRLauncher.Client.UpdateWarData()

It still loads the game but when it reaches the main menu I get this error:

I've got the same problem, whenever I try to log in it ends up like this:

I don't get any errors that I can see, just this

Im thinking of getting another OS, might be Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit that is messing with me, Im getting the same problem or that some program is using my "data.myp" but I dont have any antivirus, no firewall, no torrent program in the background or anything.

Gees the problems im going through just to play this awesome game...
