Total system Freez leading to game crash

Two things happened on 08.04.2020. The new patch was released and I've done full de-fragmentation on my hard drives. After that when i log in game i got problem at loading all characters around me (npcs and players alike). After some time (a bit random but quite soon after logging) my game freeze totally and if i don't do hard reset after 10 min or so windows terminate war activity. While i wait my total system is Unresponsive (even my music stop playing when war freeze).
Things ive done so far&

1. creating new toon to try addonless character would not work cos the game freez on endless loading screen when trying to log
2. swap some linked audio file but that doesn't help at all
3. my launcher is on 64 bit version so i changed it of 32 too but wouldn't help
4. Lowering video setting although they are the lowest ones possible
5. waiting for new patch to fix my problem but since i don't see more ppl with similar problems i doubt it that would help at all

so kinda end of the road for me unfortunately

Does your computer freeze normally regardless of if you're playing WAR or not? You mentioned that your system and music becomes unresponsive, that sounds like a hardware problem, not a WAR problem.

It only occure when I log on ror and the game struggle to load npc and players. When windows terminate war everything become normal till next logging at war. And that happens since 8.4.20

Similar but grey out issue is not so strong, characters and npc most of the time dont load at all or stuck and the freeze start. It is strange that the freeze effect act differently on diff chars. On some freeze when log- on other when move around, some cant load at all.
Quite strange, almost sure that become true with last patch. Currently I dl again ror and will start from 0.

I tried to complete uninstall graphics driver as well as device & reinstall it back. So far works, but i haven't tested thoroughly on scenarios where it mostly happened (especially troll pacifier map).
Yesterday i did it and played some t2-t4 RvR with 200 pop & during 1.5-2hr time no OS hangs

ive fix it for me
1. downloaded ror march2020 "edition"
2. ran dx9 /i got dx9 so prolly was updating some drivers/
3. copy-paste interface, screenshots, users folders to the new ror folder
4. lastly, although with non confirmed effect was the change of the music - from cypress hill to dr. dre /2001/

and everything was fine

prolly some corrupted file from old installation of war /actually mine was from 2008 or so, when the game was published/
