General:
Morals: it's possible charge moral out of combat simply spam skill ( exemple: spam heal or being hot will charge moral)
Morals: When a moral is used somethimes it do not clear the moral points if another moral is usable

chaos
Warped flesh tactic work but dont show abosrb ammount since absorb it's not still in the code but should remove the correct ammount of damage ( it get signed as -1 when absorb)
ANY absorb thing in game works this way. In war on official -1 count as being ingore by damage calculation, look to IB moral 1 that make you invicble for 5 sec. All hit get showed as -1. In 1.4.0 instead renow skill that make you immune to damage for 10-15 show hit as " immune".

Chosen:
Tooth of tzeench: if the player debuffed get hit by aoe, all other aoe target get too the 50 add damage

bw:
ingite: always crit hit

choppa/slayer:
aoe skills have too much range it seems to me or it's related to server wrong calculate.

Engineer and magus root is unbreakable by juggernaut

Engineer and magus turrets are bugged with using level 20+ abilities

Am dots proc every second by which i mean what DoTs and Hots proc every second instead of every 3

Blessed Bullets of Confession - the 50% heal debuff sometimes sticks permanently, relogging is the only way to clear it.

I would assume the WE Kiss of Death does the same, but someone who has played an Order healer here will have to confirm

Engineer: Flak Jacket - Armour buff not workin (at least not showin on stats)

IB: Guarded Attack - Armour buff not workin
Stonebreaker - Armour debuff not workin
Halhammer - Gundoom - Vewywong et al. of DoE

General for all
Engineer/ magus / BW/ SC root is breakable by "Flee"/"Charge"

General for all tanks
Taunt - This effect( opponent will take 30% more dmg) excludes auto attack.
Hold the line - Don`t work everytime

Black orc
Wot Armor? - deal damage correct, armor debuff isn't working.
Follow 'me Lead - deal damage correct, effect ( weapon skill buff ) isn't working.
Tuffer 'n Nails - deal damage correct, effect (armor buff ) isn't working.

UPD.
Skull Thumper - deal damage correct, effect is working incorrect (deals damage to attakers every time after hit "Skull Thumper", and deals damage to attakers who dids damage crit. In PVE effect is disappearing immediately.

Shoulder pads aint visible during char selection screen. Not sure if bug.

Swordmaster - Nature's Blade stolen stats only affect display of stats in character tab, has no effect on actual gameplay.

Im not 100% certain but i think right in the jibblies dosnt always reduces WS skill
