Login from different computers?

Good evening,
I have been playing successfully on my desktop for the last two days. Very glad to be playing this game again. This evening I installed the game on my laptop to play from a different location. The game installed fine, I was able to login, I could see my characters; once I clicked the play button I get the 'loading screen' on the right side on the 'loading screen book' it says my character name at the top and 'what I have missed since I last logged in'. That's it. Game never loads It just sits there while the little skull on the bottom right makes its face like its loading.

Is there a problem with what I am trying to do? Am I missing something?

Oh and p.s. I can hop back on the desktop and it loads/works fine.
