Launcher suddenly needs to download 160k+ files?

So I downloaded the game yesterday and played throughout the day. I logged off to eat and when I tried to log back in I was met with the l attached screen. I left the computer on overnight but it only got up to about a little over 3,000 of the 160,000 files. It was recommended to me to restart my computer but that didn't work, I also fully shut it down and let it sit for about 3 minutes but nothing has changed. Is this normal? You have missed a step with the installation that's causing this. Make sure your Launcher remains in the folder with the files, and make sure it's out of Downloads.

If that doesn't work, start over and make sure you're following this guide closely. viewtopic.php?f=4&t=31241
