I'm having a similar issue as of this patch: the launcher downloads a manifest, verifies data and interface, says finalizing, then "Could not download file from server (WAR-64.exe). FWIW I grabbed the war-64 linked above and now instead it says can't download WAR.exe

I'm having the same issue. I've shutdown my antivirus etc, but no joy. Any suggestions out there? Looks like those files linked above no longer exist.
