RESOLVED - Abilities do not display text since May 6th path

It will show their cost, casting time, cd etc, but not the usual description as to their healing, damage, effects, etc.

I tried doing what is suggested here viewtopic.php?f=5&t=37918 which seems like a similar but not the same problem but when I restart the game the patcher downloads four files ans the problem is not fixed, any idea how to resolve?

SOLUTION - Create another fresh installation. I did it on another hard drive, but as it does not seem to "register" as a program , one could probably do it in the same hard drive just different folder. That new installation now has all descriptions back which also includes missing some of the bonuses on armor pieces, 5th seemed to be a recurring theme. I hope this helps others with similar issues.

Yeah same problem here, I can confirm replacing the data.myp doesn't work, the launcher seems to override it

Old post had a pre-patch file, which is likely why the launcher is overriding it. This one is fresh.

No override this time, however still not working. Whatever the issue it appeared after the last patch. Havent tried reinstalling yet

Confirming that this file does not results in an override but also does not work.

Today's patch made things even worse.

Actions lost their name, Morale as well, Tactics same now only show Career Tactics, Genral some show names other nothing at all.
