I found one bug during the weekend that could cause this. Fix is in next patch.
That might not be the only reason for this though and it is difficult to replicate the issue, so don't know for sure how many such crashes/disconnects it will fix, but hopefully a bunch.

Ok,here is the view of a very low mmr player.
i realy enjoy ranked. Why? because it feels like you can learn a lot about positioning, when to stagger etc.

In the beginning as order healer i could play 4 matches in a hour, and i played about 20 games. I lose 16 and won 4.
In these 5 hours of gameplay i got 211 Triumphant emblems, and the costs for equipment go from 1518 for belt to 4576 for chest.
So it takes me 40 hours of ranked queuing for the belt, and 108 hours for the chest. :D

But at the moment i just dont get any pops with my insane mmr of 1203 as a order healer. Yesterday i saw Zarbix queuing, and tried it too. The time he played 3 ranked as destro i got 1 pop but the match did not start.

next problem balancing in low mmr. After some matches i startet to take screenshots after each match.
and here are the numbers:

And when i take a look at the bottom of the 6 vs 6 leaderboard at the moment, there are only 3 Destro players with an mmr below 1400.

So, do i enjoy it? YES
Is it worth the time equipment wise? Sure not
Will i play it? Yes, but at the moment its not possible, because i get no pops.

I am more than sure that this is a cry into the void, but I will try to make a little feedback.
Yesterday in prime time I was waiting for a ranked scene for 1.5 hours, one was played without me, there were enough people for the second wave, but it didn’t start. And it became the usual evening of lost time in line.
Please remove the brackets, it is disgusting to waste time empty when there is someone to play with, mmr does not mean anything in the selection, when there are not enough people.
As an example, I can give my game with Teefz and other good players, but our team had Choppa 1500 mmr, with a two-handed one, which he found somewhere in the garbage dump and had a unique back level 31. This game is 5 vs 6, any other noob with 1300 mmr would do more.
People now have time to play during isolation, please remove the restrictions!

I want to thank Secrets, when he is online, the games suddenly start. This is of course a joke.
I am the person who returned to this game to play ranked sometimes, this is a valid high-end content for me. This is interesting, with all the cons.
The reward for these ranked scenarios is not what people go there for. An improved opponent without jewelry is not the best option when people get up for hours on an alarm clock in the capitals and advance to the forts in semi-afk mode. Is this reward worthy of such an effort?
I really hope that they will add other ranked rewards. Analogs of weapons from the Bastion (5% damage), it would be nice to have jewelry with a slot like from city dungeons. You can put a big price and it will be fair.

There aren't enough competitors to warrant an MMR system. People just arent turned on by that kind of hardcore gameplay. Demanding 500+ hours for a set of items is also offputting. Way more time investment than sov.

Just make the system an open queue and accept that sometimes youll get stomped sometimes youll do the stomping. At the very least remove the toxic MMR discounts, they're great for your White Lion, 2h tank, DoK/WP top tier classes, but only serve to punish and alienate the classes on the lower end of 6v6 viability - unless you simply wish meta classes to queue, but then enjoy your multi hour queue times...

I did ranked all day long during the previous ranked window several months back. Loved them, made getting a full set of oppressor super easy provided you didn't cap too quickly!! I'm not sure why the pre-MMR system was deemed broken? Way better system and surely less dev effort to deliver too?

I dont think its that people dont want to do it. Its just that we have scenarios that are a side game. This is just a side game of a side game. You need to turn the whole scenario system into it. There just arent enough players to spread over so much.

What are your suggestions for turning the whole scenario system into it? I don't think "forcing" normal SC queuers into ranked matches is a good thing.

From the perspective of a healer, I would love to see the restrictions eased up a little more (again) to encourage more game play and diversity. Double WP/Double Zealot happens way too often and I believe I have not seen a single heal Shaman in all the games I've done. Shield WP and DoK are able to queue and thrive is great but I also haven't seen any BWs, Sorcs, Magus, or BlOrcs.


If ranked queue is to survive then we will need to diversify the meta and make the incentive to queue actually worth it. Throw in free liniments every 5-10 games, for winning throw in armor pots, dyes, allow us to buy 4% shoulder crit talismans, or other exclusive items with the medallion, and for Sigmar's sake, lower the prices of the gear!


Also, I'ma need y'all to download Swift Assist, and either become the shot caller, or defer to someone who is fine calling shots. Nothing like a melee train thats been derailed by a bounce happy MSH.

Why not? The exact players that I thought this was really aimed at are the ones that arent doing it. Most scs are over before they begin due to crappy comp. Having more even scenarios with proper class distribution. This will make the community better overall. The other option is let it go the same way every attempt of pushing 6v6 has gone. People just arent interested in it as the niche elitest clique its becoming.

How about we call it what it is, most people are not interested in doing this. Just let the people who want to do it, play it and remove the MMR or find something so the 100 people who want to do it can play with each other.
