Restricted to destruction

hello, I'm playing and I only play in order, changing between characters I see the logical warning of restricted for destruction, all ok, but it won't let me enter with any character, the play button is inactive. any suggestion?

Sorry, the logical notice would be restricted to order, the same thing happened last Saturday, do not explain me well
